FAQ

Questions buyers and mills ask

Do you take commission from the suppliers you recommend?

No. Each research project is paid by the commissioning client. We agree the scope and fee before payment and do not take a commission from the other side.

Can you guarantee orders or meetings?

No. We do not promise orders, replies, meetings or supplier approval. We agree research deliverables and timing before payment. Observed trading activity does not establish current buying intent, product performance or available capacity.

Do you do factory audits or quality control?

No. Our standard services are research and analysis. Public product and certification evidence may be reviewed within the agreed scope. Factory audits, laboratory testing and quality control require separate specialist arrangements.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice; payment is 100% upfront by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Work starts when payment arrives.

How do you handle personal data?

Under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection, in force since 1 January 2026. We share supplier contact details only with the supplier's consent, publish survey results only in aggregate, and never sell personal data.

Which countries do you cover?

Vietnam, ASEAN (Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia and more), China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other sourcing countries, wherever a brief or a supplier calls for it.
